Do I need a first-time detail before joining?
If your vehicle needs a reset (heavy salt buildup, stains, pet hair, etc.), we’ll recommend a one-time deep clean first — then the membership keeps it maintained.
What if the weather is bad?
No problem. We’ll reschedule to the next best day — members get priority reschedules.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — memberships are simple. No long contracts. (If you want, you can add a short note like “30-day notice” but keep it customer-friendly.)
Do you come to apartments?
Yes, as long as we have permission and a safe place to work.
